TomoBoost raised my credit in less than…

• I even called the home office in San Francisco and they said they can’t help….
• I contact customer service a few times and a 2 times they’ve given me a free month saying that they’re working on fixing the issue with the credit bureaus.
• There’s no way for me to disconnect my bank account online because the only way you can disconnect anything is to call them and they won’t take any calls….

Two of my early no-AF Fintech cards are closed after about a year of use. One of the two I hold is literally one of the worst cards on the market (Prosper). When the account was how do bitcoin transactions work open they only reported to experian and transunion. WTH Tomo Boost puts now a new account in addition  to the Tomo card I had from lady December. And my credit limit is 100 is still showing on Tomo Card and my credit limit on the new Tomo Boost is a big fat zero.

I am at my wits end with this company and I need to scream at someone on the phone lol. The Tomoboost product they are advertising doesn’t and can’t exist as their data sharing privilages have been revoked by TransUnion, Experian and Equifax, yet they are still advertising and accepting sign-ups and payments. I signed up in and paid for TomoBoost in September, two weeks later I saw nothing had reported on any of my credit reports. After learning of this I requested a refund in which I was told, their terms did not allow for refunds, I said well you sold me a fraudulent service.

At that point they deleted my account on their support site so that I could no longer view, respond or create support tickets. This is a fraudulent and unethical company who seems to be pulling off a money grab in order to make their exit. Paid like $600 bucks for VIP service for $30,000 credit reporting, I’m going on over 4 months and no reporting yet. I tried to contact customer service with little to no response.

Now, I filed a complaint with the Attorney General because I do not know what to do at this point because I’m just going in circles. Trying to email them, ping them, and call them and they WILL NOT ANSWER anything. I even called the home office in San Francisco and they said they can’t help…. There’s no way for me to disconnect my bank account online because the only way you can disconnect anything is to call them and they won’t take any calls…. I really don’t know what to do but I want my bank account and SS number away from this shitty service IMMEDIATELY.

When the do respond, the just ask question but don’t do anything, then they stop respond and close the service ticket. What a joke, they are just bunch of scammers. So I got a production dba or developer dba tomo credit card a few months ago.

I had no issues it was fine then a week or two ago they started emailing me saying I owed $189. I kept trying to call and every time I called it would just go right to a voicemail saying they no longer take calls. I emailed them and sent them screenshots of my zero dollar balance just proved I don’t owe anything. Canceled this membership 6 months ago and am still being charged.
